In addition to the center of gravity, the EWD (setting angle difference) must also be correct if the model is to fly well. Inaccurate settings quickly lead to countless test flights or immediately crash. This uncertainty can be avoided on the first flight with the EWD scale. EWD measurement with prism or measuring mandrel on:
• strongly curved profiles (no measuring error due to measuring mandrel)
• T-tail, cross tail
• V-tail (by swiveling prisms) The

following useful measurements are also possible:
• Rotor blade adjustment for helicopters
• Engine camber measurement for combustion and Electric drives
• Checking the setting or warpage of wings
• Positioning the model at the start (position of the wheels)
