Serena-EC 2M is an 85% RTF Light weight thermal electro-glider with wide envelope of speeds and superb thermal characteristics. Flying weight is approx. 25.9 oz. The Serena is a fast assembling, high quality model and incredible performer. It has a double-trapezoid, tapered wing with internally hinge aileron and flaps. It also has a built-in washout for tip-stall resistant flight characteristics, and lower drag. It features the OP0830C-modified airfoil specially modified for this sailplane. Removable wing tips and horizontal stabilizer allows easy storage and transportation.
Serena-s wing gives builder a freedom - could be built with aileron and flaps, with ailerons only or as a polyhedral wing if desired by the builder.
